Seminar Competence – HSE / O&M Offshore Wind

In cooperation between the Erasmus+ VET-Wind II project (Vocational Education and training of Wind Technicians), Norwegian Offshore Wind Cluster (NOWC) and Greater Stavanger we invite to a workshop / seminar with focus on the need of workforce in the daily Operation & Maintenance of offshore wind farms, the required competences, plans for recruitment in a fast growing marked, and a governmental and business perspective on possible transnational accepted HSE certifications.

09.10 – 09.35 Siemens Gamesa: Perspective on the growth of offshore wind (Europe / Global) towards 2030, need for – and competence of – personnel, plans for recruitment and thoughts about transnational alignment of training and certification. TBA
09.40 – 10.05 Equinor: Experience from HSE / O&M of offshore wind farms, need for – and competence of – personnel towards 2030 (Europe / Global), plans for recruitment and thoughts about transnational alignment of training and certification, and perspective of the future of (floating) offshore wind.
